Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TradeJournal mobile application (“App”) operated by Qayham (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. The service

TradeJournal is a personal trading journal for recording daily profit and loss, trade notes, strategies, goals, and related analytics. The App is a record-keeping tool only.

We do not:

• Provide investment, trading, tax, or legal advice
• Execute trades or connect to brokers for order placement
• Guarantee the accuracy of calculations or third-party data you enter

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of trade entries, notes, images, and other data you submit. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the App (including cloud sync when enabled).

You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

5. Subscriptions (TradeJournal Pro)

• Pro features are offered via in-app subscriptions processed by Google Play or the App Store.
• Prices, billing period, and renewal terms are shown at purchase and managed by the store.
• Refunds follow the policies of the store through which you subscribed.
• We may change Pro features or pricing with reasonable notice where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the App or its infrastructure
• Attempt unauthorized access to other users' data
• Use the App for spam, malware, or automated abuse
• Misrepresent affiliation with Qayham or TradeJournal

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Past performance recorded in the App does not guarantee future results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qayham shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or trading outcomes arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for Pro subscriptions in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version at this URL and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.
